How can I get started with L4WP and Empowered Health Networks?
To get started with L4WP and EHN, simply contact us through our website or give us a call. We will guide you through our screening process and match you with the services that best suit your needs. from there EHN can link you with further support resources.
Where do I have to go to get screened?
Contact us and book in at one of our clinics or we can come to your place of work or your own home
What do you do with my blood sample?
Your bloods are taken to our labs based in Harley street London, analysed by our clinicians and then processed and sent back to you via our app along with recomendations of your next steps. Any excess blood is disposed of safely at our labs.
Where is my data stored?
Your details and information are stored safely in accordance to GDPR on a servor only accessible by us and yourselves.
Can I opt out?
All we ask you sign up for a minimum of 2 years unless you have made a 1 off payment, if you no longer want to stay on the app after those 2 years then you are free to leave and you can take all your information with you.
